How we work

Every engagement starts with a two-week discovery sprint. We sit with your team, audit the data, and produce a written scope with a fixed estimate. If the answer is that you do not need what you came for, we will say so in that document.

From there we run two-week iterations with a working demo at the end of each one. The engineers who scoped the project are the engineers who build it. There is no handoff to a delivery team you have not met.

What we will not do

• Build a model where a fixed report would answer the question.
• Take an engagement we cannot staff with people who have done it before.
• Leave you dependent on us. Handover includes documentation, retraining scripts and a walkthrough.
